Missão
Emerge envisions a world where struggling young people can transition into adulthood with a solid sense of self, purpose, hope and the tools to not just survive, but to also thrive. Our mission is to end future generations of homelessness by providing progressive housing, education and holistic support for young people transitioning from adolescents, into adulthood. By providing young adults with the necessary tools, we can effectively eradicate homelessness, making it a rare and brief occurrence.
Sobre Nós
We are seeking to establish a comprehensive program that focuses on transitional housing and crisis counseling to support homeless youth in our community. This initiative aims to provide stable housing, emotional support, and educational resources to empower these vulnerable young individuals.
Our organization is in the development stages.
