KEYSPOT is a citywide iniative, powered by Freedom Rings Partnership, to bring internet access, training and technology to all Philadelphia communities. We have received support from the National Telecommunictions Information Administration through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to help us with this important mission. KEYSPOT is led by the City of Philadelphia, the Urban Affairs Coaltion, Drexel University and 14 other partners.
