Sustaining Excellence is a non-profit organization founded in 2014 to leverage the legacy, experiences and resources of a wide array of professionals to prepare student-athletes to successfully transition to a post-graduate career. Using the executive development techniques of Fortune 100 corporations we provide the skills and training student-athletes need to translate the collegiate experience into a tangible source of personal competitive advantage in the workforce and in life.
