Volunteer run, Bay Area based Collective Action for Laborers, Migrants, and Asylum Seekers (CALMA).

CALMA is built on the pillars of education, fundraising, and community engagement. Our mission is to support asylum seekers, day laborers, and migrants both locally and at the US/Mexico border. Through our education programs we share essential knowledge in hopes of empowering our community members to engaged in these important issues. Our fundraising efforts aim to support our own programming as well as the established programs of partner organizations. Our community engagement program allows us to be of services to families who are navigating the complexities and injustices of the immigration system.
