To act as a catalyst in supporting a strong infrastructure that meets critical social needs in our communities through promoting personal involvement, and connecting people who want to help with those who need it and by building community partnerships that bring together the resourses needed for effective solutions as a means of creating a better environment in which our families can grow and prosper.
