Kismet of Kings

Kismet of Kings (KoK) is a non-profit organization for young men between the age of 11-17 in Jersey City, NJ. Our mission is to provide a consistent, safe learning environment for our young men to bring about positive change to themselves, their community and the world.

At the core of this mission is to address how young Black and Brown men are disproportionately represented among high school dropout rates, poverty, unemployment and within the judicial system. Our goal is simple: with a constructivist learning approach, through techniques such as mentoring and targeted educational programming, provide a supportive environment and opportunity for youth to realize their potential and achieve their dreams.
