On My Own is dedicated to providing quality in-home care services for disabled adults and the elderly in Northern California

At On My Own, we facilitate clients and staff to identify barriers, develop solutions, and to always follow through. We celebrate employees that use creativity, honesty and are responsive to the needs of our clients. On My Own and On My Own Community Services were founded on the three basic principles:
