TREC Education offers renewable energy education programs for students, Grades 4 – 11, and to communities across Ontario. We empower Ontarians to make informed choices about our shared energy and natural resources. Our programs create a lasting impression on more than 20, 000 students and citizens each year.
TREC Education is a registered charity established in 2010 to carry forward and expand the educational programs of the celebrated TREC Renewable Energy Cooperative.
TREC Education is the 2011 Winner of the Green Toronto Award for Environmental Awareness.
