CareBreak at The Watson Institute's mission is to offer a family-centered service that provides meaningful respite time for families, parents and primary caregivers of children with disabilities. CareBreak provides an opportunity for the children and volunteers to have meaningful experiences on a one-on-one, consistent and continuing basis. CareBreak promotes independence and self-esteem for the child through creative and caring experiences.
