The mission of Target Hunger is to alleviate hunger and its root causes in the Houston neighborhoods we serve. What began as a small, community based grass roots organization in 1989, has grown into one of the largest organizations that distributes food to families in need in the Greater Houston area.
Explore a diverse range of volunteering experiences, from tending to community gardens and aiding our warehouse staff to distributing food at our food fairs.
