Our mission is:

To protect and support the immigrant population through the coordination of programs and services.

To coordinate services for immigrants in Texas and to partner with human and social service organizations throughout North America in order to improve social conditions for the families of immigrants in Texas.

To educate immigrants detained in Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities on their basic rights and assist them in communicating with family members and legal service providers.
