A3 Soccer

A3 Soccer, a professionally managed and volunteer supported youth soccer club located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, is seeking a well-qualified individual to fill the position of Director of Premier Operations starting late Spring (or earlier). A3 Soccer is accepting applications on a rolling basis.  A3 Soccer is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, based in Anne Arundel County, Maryland serving more than one thousand youth soccer players. The mission of A3 Soccer is to be the model for the future of youth soccer development in the U.S. from recreational to elite player.

A3 Soccer offers recreational, travel and premier soccer, as well as numerous supplemental training and futsal programs throughout the year. A3 Soccer has established a strong presence and quality reputation within the surrounding community.  It is essential that this role is filled by someone that shares our core values and passion for supporting our community youth.
