At Sweet Comfort Hospice, we walk alongside patients and families through one of life’s most difficult seasons. Our mission is to bring comfort, dignity, and peace while providing expert medical care, emotional support, and spiritual, guidance for those facing a life-limiting illness.

Our team is made up of skilled nurses, caregivers, chaplains, social workers, and volunteers, each committed to easing pain, offering comfort, and helping families make beautiful memories in the time they have together. We create a personalized care plan for each patient and based on their specific needs. Our team meets every 14 days to review each plan, making updates as needed to ensure every person continues to receive the right level of support and comfort.
