Trees for Oakland is a volunteer-based organization that plants trees in Oakland, California. It is a sponsored project of the Oakland Parks & Recreation Foundation. Our mission is to increase the City of Oakland’s tree canopy so that every Oakland resident, worker, and visitor can benefit from the environmental, community, and aesthetic benefits of trees.
