The Actors' Playhouse mission is to promote the Arts within New York City. We have been providing a platform for artists in our community for 52 years. We want to open our doors to volunteers who would like to get an insight into the world of the Arts. The newly renovated Actors Playhouse has been re-opened under new ownership and will continue to serve the downtown theater community. The theater is located on a main strip in Greenwich Village. This 163 seat Off-Broadway venue will continue to provide the same quality programming as it has done since 1956.
