Medo is a small grassroots organization based in the Ngobe Bugle indigenous community of Soloy, Panama. Our mission is to match international volunteers with local groups and projects. Volunteers can be placed according to thier interests in areas such as teaching English, working with children, helping in the health clinic, organizing seminars on health or women's issues, etc. Medo does not charge its volunteers, and helps match them to affordable housing.
