To contribute to the development of the youth and children's non-government organizations To provide timely consideration of urgent youth problems by the state authorities, to present interests of the youth in the process of decision making To lobby and protect the interests of the Ukrainian youth in regard to the relations with the state executive and legislative bodiesat the international level. To create humanitarian, cultural, economic and political ties with the government and non-government, foreign and international structures
