Missão
The Joy Bus is passionately dedicated to relieving the daily struggles of homebound cancer patients by delivering fresh chef-inspired meals at absolutely no cost to the client. Through partnerships with community organizations, our food is freshly prepared according to client’s dietary needs and then delivered by a compassionate volunteer who will not only bring a meal but will provide personalized service by spending time with each client.
Sobre Nós
The Joy Bus was founded in 2011 after our founder's dear friend Joy struggled with the painful side-effects of cancer and its treatment and ultimately lost her life to the horrific disease. Joy's incredible drive and determination through her battle continues to inspire us and have shaped the mission of The Joy Bus. We work hard to relieve the burden that many cancer patients and their families face by providing fresh, healthy, delicious meals with compassion and a smiling face.
