OATS INC

OATS, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation providing specialized transportation for thousands of Missourians, including the rural general public, senior citizens and people with disabilities in 87 Missouri counties. OATS is a public transportation system that is available to everyone, regardless of age, race, gender, color, religion, or national origin, and in fact serves a wide diversity of clientele. Originally founded in 1971 by a group of individuals who saw a need for transportation, especially in rural areas, OATS has grown to be one of the largest and most unique systems of its kind in the country.
