The Y's mission is to strengthen our community by improving the quality of life and inspiring individuals and families to develop their fullest potential in spirit, mind and body. With a focus on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, the Y nurtures the potential of every youth and teen, improves the nation’s health and well-being, and provides opportunities to give back and support neighbors through our core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
Sobre Nós
The Sequoia YMCA is a branch of the YMCA of Silicon Valley serving Redwood City, Menlo Park and Woodside communities. The Sequoia YMCA, which has served its community for more than 50 years, operates a full-service health and wellness facility, and also offers a variety of programming at locations throughout the community.
Hundreds of youth and adults come into the Sequoia YMCA on a daily basis seeking support and services in order to improve their quality of life. We are proud to be a great community resource that helps families creatively spend time together, individuals maintain healthier lifestyles, and gives children and teens positive experience and memories that will last a lifetime.
