The mission of the Fort Greene SNAP is to be the all-inclusive representative voice of the Clinton Hill, Farragut, Fort Greene, Pratt Area, Vinegar Hill and their surrounding communities to sustain the revitalization of our communities through building partnerships for economic development, civic participation and life long learning.
