The Harry Van Arsdale, Jr. Center for Labor Studies, SUNY-Empire State College runs degree programs for apprentices in construction trades and for para-professionals in NYC schools. Its mission is to ensure that wage-earning adults have an opportunity to earn a college degree in a learning environment that celebrates their achievements and recognizes their distinctive needs.
