BJBE, a vibrant reform congregation in Deerfield, IL is looking for a PT office associate to provide front desk coverage and administrative support between 5 pm and 8 pm Monday through Thursday evenings. The successful candidate will have strong office skills (specifically facility with Microsoft Office suite skills such as Excel and Word and ideally be able to do mail merges), be comfortable providing a reception role at the front desk, be experienced with handling confidential information, and be very reliable with strong attention to detail. This is an ideal position for someone who wants to work in a beautiful spiritual space 12 hours/week in the evenings.
