Hand in Hand Family Mentorship's goal is to build bridges of hope through friendship and mentorship.

Hand in Hand Family Mentorship helps prevent family breakdown by connecting overwhelmed, isolated, or in-crisis parents with trained volunteer mentors in their own communities. Our mentors provide steady support, guidance, and connection before families reach a breaking point. Through regular trainings, workshops, and community relationships, we equip both mentors and mentees with tools for parenting, self-reliance, and healthy living. We’re expanding across Idaho, building systems to strengthen personal connections, and sharing real stories of hope to inspire others to join this simple, upstream approach to keep families and communities strong.
