The School Effectiveness and Inequality Initiative (SEII) is a research program based in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Department of Economics. SEII focuses on the economics of education and the connections between human capital and the American income distribution. SEII is based at MIT and the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER).
