PCEC

The Parkchester Community Enrichment Center (PCEC) is a planned $15 million community center to be constructed within the Parkchester Condominium Community. Parkchester was built by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in 1940. The apartment community is situated on 129 acres of land and includes 12,271 apartments located in 171 buildings. The community is home to a diverse population of residents attracted to the affordable purchase and rental opportunities available within this safe community. Parkchester has convenient public transportation from the six subway line and multiple bus lines as well as easy access to the Cross Bronx Expressway and the Hutchinson Parkway.
