Harboring Hearts (www.harboringhearts.org) is a non-profit which provides support and resources to heart patients and their families during the critical times of treatment. We seek to ease the financial and emotional burdens placed on individuals, families, or caregivers-whether traveling from afar or remaining close to home-during this challenging time.
