We seek to help children, families, and communities by connecting and networking resources locally, getting Kids back outdoors in nature, and empowering youth to dream, aspire and achieve.
Sobre Nós
A solid foundation in socialization is key to success later in life. Vets For Youth believes in learning-based activities and extracurricular activities to help get youngsters engaged. Basic health comes with access to local food. Part of our mission is to teach kids how to grow food so they can have access to healthy food for the future. "Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime" - Lao Tzu. Community is the family that goes beyond family. It is the people and places that we come in contact with each and every day. When we strengthen communities, we strengthen individuals.
