The Advisory Board provides institutional and financial support to the Bronx Academy of Letters, a public 6-12 school in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx, founded on the belief that students who can express themselves clearly in writing can do better in any path they choose in life. Our students achieve mastery of the word in the context of a rigorous, college-preparatory environment that celebrates vision, expression, tenacity, inquiry, integrity and compassion. The Bronx Academy of Letters is part of the Urban Assembly community of New York City public schools.
