Bill Payer Program

TARGET POPULATION: Physically and mentally disabled low-income individuals. Social Security has required our clients to obtain a representative payee in order to receive their benefits.

SERVICES: The staff of the Bill Payer Program acts as an advocate for the clients with Social Security, housing managers, utility companies, debt collectors, and other agencies as needed. All personal, rent, insurance, and utility checks for clients are created and sent out from the business office by Bill Payer Program staff.

PROCESS: The Bill Payer Program is an organizational representative payee service for low-income disabled clientele in the Greater Boston area. We currently have 104 clients.
