My Sisters Hands of Healing exists to break cycles of trauma and poverty through holistic programs that restore dignity, develop life skills, and ignite purpose. We serve women, men, and youth from underserved communities by offering emotional wellness, workforce development, mentorship, and spiritual growth rooted in healing and hope.

My Sisters Hands of Healing Inc. is a Texas-based nonprofit dedicated to breaking cycles of trauma and poverty through holistic programs that restore dignity, develop life skills, and ignite purpose.

We serve women, men, and youth from underserved communities who have been impacted by trauma, poverty, and broken systems. Our work is rooted in healing, hope, and empowerment. We believe every person deserves access to support, resources, mentorship, and opportunities that help them grow emotionally, spiritually, and economically.

Through emotional wellness support, workforce development, mentorship, life skills training, youth empowerment, and spiritual growth, we help individuals and families move from survival to stability. Our programs are trauma-informed and designed to meet people where they are while equipping them with the tools to thrive.
