The InnovAge Foundation exists to generate community awareness and support for the mission of InnovAge, which is to sustain and enhance the independence and quality of life on their terms for those we serve. On behalf of InnovAge and its programs and services, the Foundation raises funds, recruits and engages volunteers and cultivates statewide partnerships.
We facilitate support to the following InnovAge programs:
- InnovAge Johnson Adult Day Program - An adult day center that provides meaningful activities for individuals with memory loss and physical impairments.
- InnovAge Home Care - In-home services and support that allow aging adults to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
- InnovAge Greater Colorado PACE - Coordinated healthcare and day programs that help seniors live with dignity and independence in their own community.
