Yoga Foster

We think everyone is a little better if they have time to play during the day, especially kids in schools. Yoga Foster empowers teachers to integrate physical activity and play directly in their classrooms, during the school day. By providing training, yoga mats, and year-around resources all for free, we support teachers who need it the most, so they can give their students the opportunity to playfully stretch their muscles and their minds, improving both health and learning.
