Ndebele Foundation

The aim of the Foundation is to provide a community of rural women in the village of Mabokho with the means to continue the creative spirit of their forebears. Educating women and youth decreases social burdens, increases family incomes and produces a better-prepared workforce. Perhaps the greatest benefit conferred by this centre is the empowerment of those who participate in its activities. In a place of few employment opportunities and little stimulus to creative effort, they will earn much-needed income and enjoy the confidence that comes from skills well learned and used.
