BackCare (registed as The National Back Pain Association) is the only national charity devoted to back pain. Supported by voluntary donations, our mission is:

• to fund patient orientated scientific research into the causes and treatment of back pain

• to educate people to use their bodies sensibly an thus reduce the indicence of back pain

• to help form and support branches through which back pain sufferers and those who care for them may receive information, advice and mutual help
