The Brooklyn Family Defense Project (BFDP), an office of Legal Services NYC, represents low-income parents in child welfare cases in Brooklyn Family Court. BFDP’s lawyers, social workers, and parent advocates are committed to providing high quality legal representation in an interdisciplinary setting.
