At PASS Maryland we “meet the client where they are”, meaning that one size doesn’t fit all and therefore we cannot provide a generalized method of care and expect it to be appropriate for a specific individual. Regardless of personal beliefs or bias, we do not force our own agenda on the client, rather we include the client in their journey and provide individualized care .

• *Community Partnerships***

The foundation of our organization relies on the establishment and maintenance of effective partnerships to bridge the gap of services and provide continuity of care.

• *Wrap – Around Care***

We do not believe in passing off our clients to the next provider or organization. We try to remain with our clients throughout their entire journey to ensure that self- sufficiency has been obtained and therefore ensure that we have an in-network team of providers to address every need so that we can continue to monitor their progress. If we do have to do a hand off, we make sure that we see the referral through to the end so that we can ensure that the quality of care remains constant.
