Our mission is to strengthen the race-based opportunity and achievement gap for students through education.

We take a whole child approach to supporting students and families through their educational journey. We prioritize students who have been affected by the race-based opportunity and achievement gap and who have language learning differences and/or disabilities. Education is the helm of our ship as we support students and families holistically through a variety of means, including but not limited to: through choosing the best fit school, parent teacher conferences, IEP/504 meetings, in-school advocacy, one-on-one or small group tutoring, after school enrichments, placement into summer camps, curating the right internship and job opportunities, and support to and through the college and career planning process. We are a longitudinal organization and continue to support K-12 students throughout their entire educational process and even after they graduate. We have a number of students in 4 year colleges and a couple enrolled in graduate school.
