Since 1964, CARC has provided opportunities for persons with developmental disabilities and other special needs to learn, acquire skills and set their sites on ambitious goals. Our mission is to provide quality services that promote choice, independence and community integration. We operate over 40 programs, offer home-based services and support more than 1,500 children and adults with developmental disabilities or other special needs throughout the city of Chicago.
