We are a Community Action Agency, founded in 1965. Our mission is "to promote the creation of quality family life, self sufficiency and the ability to thrive for all people in our community" throught the development and implementation of anti-poverty programs based on specific local needs. Our agency has programs that include Family Development Adult and Youth Services, Head Start, WIC, Literacy Volunteers of America Steuben County, Summer Food Service Program, Senior Nutrition Programs, Energy Programs and more.
