The Z-Man Scholarship Foundation was established in 2009 to build upon the work and goodwill that Police Officer Mark Zylawy provided to the citizens of Portland for over 17 years. Our mission is to provide substantial, life-altering opportunities in the lives of young people and to mentor them to understand what service and commitment to community is all about. The Foundation is a nonprofit 501-C-3 organization and donations are tax deductible.
