International Association of Iranian Managers

The International Association of Iranian Managers (I-AIM) is a non-profit organization aimed at improving management knowledge, practice and skills in Iran and the middle east region.

Specifically, the mission of I-Aim is:

enhancing the quality of education in management and entrepreneurship in Iran and the region, with a focus on developing young leaders of private sector enterprises providing a channel for managers outside of Iran to have a meaningful impact on the quality of management inside the country providing opportunities for professional interaction between and among academics, practitioners and students in the field of management
