The Black Talent Initiative (BTI) is a volunteer-run, grassroots organization. From coast to coast, we aim to create an equitable system for Black talent to succeed in the workplace through career opportunities and mentorship. At BTI, we’re building a community focused on hope and opportunity for Black talent. With a vision to see a business environment free of workplace racism in which Black people can thrive, the Black Talent Initiative champions equity by reshaping career opportunities for Black Canadians through partnerships, career opportunities, mentorships, and community support.
