The Unaccompanied Chilren (UAC) Program and Legal Orientation Program for Custodians (LOPC) is a division of the Immigrant and Refugee Services of Catholic Charities Community Services. The UAC and LOPC Programs assist unaccompanied immigrant children who are temporarily in two shelters in the New York City Area, and the custodians of unaccomapnied immigrant children who have been released into the metropolitan area.
