The Virginia Thurston Healing Garden Cancer Support Center, best known simply as “The Healing Garden” is a beautiful facility set in 8 acres of quiet woodlands and lovely gardens. Our philosophy is that a holistic approach to cancer care will afford men and women, their caregivers and family affected by cancer, the very best chance to achieve recovery and resilience. We utilize evidence based best practice in integrative medicine – supporting medical care with integrative complementary care – taking advantage of the interrelated functions of the mind and the body as it affects health. Our mission is to improve quality for all those affected by cancer.
