Global Volunteers Africa

GLOBAL VOLUNTEERS AFRICA is a Non Profit organization established in Ghana with the support of various Organizations in Ghana. The organization is registered by the Registrar General Department in Ghana under the companies’ Code, 1963 (Act 179). It is a social and independent Non Governmental Organization (NGO) with the main objective of promoting Global Understanding/Inter-cultural programs and to work for togetherness to make the World a better place for all through Youth Mobility.

Global Volunteers Africa (GVA) acts as a support structure to assist rural and urban dwellers in the areas of education, health, empowerment of women, and to promote cultural diversity programmes. We work with all ages, genders, and all ethnic groups in Ghana, especially at the rural level.

Global Volunteers Africa (GVA) does projects that are always in co-operation with the local community, and always in a section where the volunteers can make a real positive impact towards the local communities, by encouraging the work initiated by GVA and the volunteers.
