Antioch University's Ph.D. in Leadership and Change Program is a distinctive doctoral Program that combines faculty-mentored, individualized learning with a challenging interdisciplinary core curriculum. The focus of the Program is on understanding and leading organizational change. At the heart of the study is the student's own practice in professional life. Our goal is to educate professionals from a wide range of fields and in a variety of positions to be reflective practitioners, principled leaders and engaged researchers.
