LaCasa works in partnership with individuals and communities to create opportunities for economic development, personal growth, and neighborhood improvement.

LaCasa of Goshen is a nonprofit community development organization whose wide range of programs assist low- to moderate-income families regardless of race, national origin, or religion. Programs and services offered by LaCasa strive to provide asset building and training opportunities for the growth of healthy community residents, and to partner with neighborhoods, businesses, churches, and local governments to enhance the development of healthy neighborhoods. Primary services of the organization include: affordable housing programs (rental housing, purchase-rehab-resale, new construction of single-family and multifamily housing, owner-occupied rehab), Neighborhood Revitalization, leadership training, homeownership training, financial fitness training, and Individual Development Accounts (to assist those saving for education, home and small business ownership). In addition, the organization provides immigration counseling and language services.
