The Foundation to Encourage the Potential of Disabled Persons

The Foundation To Encourage The Potential Of Disabled Persons is a private, disabled managed Thai Foundation registered in accordance with the laws of Thailand in the Province of Chiang Mai. (Registration Number 54).

The Foundation is responsible for a number of projects including the Freedom Wheelchair Workshop which produces and distributes free mobility aids; the Chiang Mai Disabled Center which publishes and disseminates information on disability; the Baan Piranan Home Care (for spastic children with cerebral palsy); and an active home visit therapy and hygiene program for area disabled persons who remain unable to help themselves.
