ALORI

We are a community outreach entity, that exists to providere-entryservices, alcohol and drug treatment/recovery programming, housing and employment placement, and the coordination of the above supportive services and more, through case management. Transitionskap accepts client referrals from other agencies based on ASAM criterion. We work collaboratively with probation and parole and the Court System on our client's behalf. We also offer life-skillsclasses, anger management classes, individual and group counseling, and work-force development services.
